We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
- Only products which have manufacturing defects or are incorrectly shipped or are damaged, would be eligible for either a refund or a return. All such claims must be reported to us on the date of the delivery with supporting photos/video of the incident via email at info@theoilstories.com
- Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of any preservatives. To keeps things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly contact us via email.
- Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. The Oil Stories is not responsible for any damages post-delivery/confirming receipt of your order via the delivery agency.
- Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
- Orders once placed through www.theoilstories.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.theoilstories.com

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
