Rose's Story
If Jasmine is the epitome of Sensuality, Rose is the essence of pure Love.
Beyond her charm and sensuality, Roses possesses a genuine generosity and willingness to care. She is the ultimate lover, in that she can understand love at a very base spiritual level and come to terms with the intricacies of human beings.
Most usually Rose will work in creative industries where she can bring forward her sense of beauty and esthetics. She makes the best artist as well as spiritual counselor. Rose will always take the most difficult cases: heartbreak, grief and trauma; she knows how to deal with them gently and carefully, and help them bloom into their best selves. Unlike Lavender, who is capable of ultimate sacrifice for the others, Rose doesn’t need to do that. Her reserves are infinite so she knows how to practice self-care as well as tend for others. Rose’s biggest mission is to convince people to accept themselves exactly as they are and love themselves unconditionally.
Proven Benefits
Mood
Rose has relaxing and uplifting effects that ease stress, depression, and anxiety (Hongratanaworakit, 2009; Perry & Perry, 2006). It shows antidepressant and sedative actions, making it helpful for mood swings and emotional balance (Rakhshandah et al., 2004).
Muscles and Joints
Reduces tension, aches, and pains through its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, while also calming the mind (Hosseini et al., 2003 cited by Boskabady et al., 2006; de Cássia da Silveira e Sá et al., 2014).
Respiratory Support
Phenyl ethyl alcohol relieves histamine-related bronchoconstriction and may reduce asthma symptoms. Citronellol adds vasorelaxant effects, easing bronchial spasms and inflammation (Chi et al., cited by de Cássia da Silveira e Sá et al., 2014; Bastos et al., 2010).
Skin Health
Moisturizes, balances, and improves skin texture. Traditionally used for healing, regeneration, and acne. Rich in phenyl ethanol with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity (de Cássia da Silveira e Sá et al., 2014; Ulusoy et al., 2009; Casetti et al., 2011).
Hormonal Balance
Rose helps regulate hormones and supports reproductive system wellness. It is useful for PMS-related mood swings, menstrual discomfort, and for easing transitions such as menopause, including cooling hot flashes when used as a mist.
Safety & Dilution
Maximum topical use dilution: 2.5%. Our oil comes at a 10% concentration so please dilute further (1 drop to 3 drops carrier)
See here DILUTION GUIDELINES according to age or ailment.
Rose is non-toxic and non-irritating.
Buying from a reputed essential oil brand is important. Because it requires a lot of raw material to extract Rose oil, lesser-known brands often add other oils to bring the cost down.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply on the skin of children younger than 2 years old. If pregnant, nursing or under medical care please consult physician. Do not use internally, unless directed by a licensed aromatherapist or physician.
Use with caution around pets. When diffusing in the room make sure the door is open so that the animal can leave in case of discomfort.

Shelf Life: 5 years
Normally Rose has a 5 year shelf life, however, we recommend using it during the first 2-3 years since it is mixed with jojoba seed oil.
