Boosts mental clarity & focus – Inhalation of Basil reduces mental fatigue and overwhelm, helping restore alertness and balance. Its high 1,8 cineole content makes it a strong ally for clear thinking and concentration (Tisserand, The Art of Aromatherapy).

Basil's Story
The Basil family is originally from India and has more than 100 members. Of all his siblings, Ocimum basilicum is the most entrepreneurial type. His personality is very direct and blunt, and may even come across as rude or patronizing- but he never means harm! Isn’t speaking directly a great trait to have?
He is very aware of his royal blood (Ocimum means „I feel“ and basilikos means „royal“ in Greek, hence the name „Royal Plant“), so treat him with dignity, and he will be the friend you turn to for clarity.
True to his nature, Basil clears away confusion—whether it’s mental fog, nervous tension, or post-meal discomfort. He stands tall and composed, yet brings lightness, confidence, and balance wherever he goes.
Safety & Dilution
Maximum topical use dilution: 3% (≈3 drops in 1 tbsp carrier oil). See DILUTION GUIDELINES according to age or ailment.
Avoid: eyes, ears, sensitive areas
Children: not for under 2 years.
Pregnancy/nursing: consult a physician
Pets: diffuse with door open so they can leave if uncomfortable
